The FAQ & Purchase Process

Question 1: Can SEC print our logo on the tent?

Answer 1: Yes, a customized logo can be printed on the tent fabric to meet different customers’ requirements.

Question 2: Does the SEC tent be able installed repeatedly? How long is the using-life?

Answer 2: Our tents can be assembled and dismantled easily and repeatedly; also the transportation size is quite small. The life span of aluminum reaches 15-20 years and 4-6 years for PVC fabrics. But it would still depend on the conditions of usage.


Question 3: What documents are available when the customers purchase the tent?

Answer 3: A full range of documents, including structural drawings, packing list, installation manual, and relative certificates can be provided. Moreover, we would provide the export customs declaration and the commercial invoice, and the packing list for import customs clearance purposes. We would provide high-quality services for you!

The Purchase Process


  1. Contact with SEC sales team.
  2. Provide size and usage information to the SEC sales team.
  3. SEC sales team will offer design and quotation to you.
  4. Confirm the design and quotation.
  5. Confirm all the details and sign the contract with SEC.
  6. Deposit payment.
  7. Confirm drawing.
  8. Process to our factory and start the production. Confirm the lead-time with you.
  9. SEC would follow up the production and give the feedback to you.
  10. Complete the production.
  11. Inspect the quality of all the products.
  12. Provide the photos/videos to the customers.
  13. Balance payment.
  14. SEC will process the shipment.
  15. SEC will guide the installation.
  16. Provide the after-sale services and follow-up for 5 years.
